Skin Help!!!!

I'm desperately trying to get my skin in better condition... been a little slack on my regular facials but I'm really good at routine and use a lot of the elemis products... but I still get the odd breakout around my chin but it's only 1 or 2 really hard, apinful red spots... and they always seem to come back in the same place!! What can I do to stop them returning!?!

Dont pick!!! I have recently been on a dermalogica course regarding adult acne. I know you dont have this exactly but it covered all the different types of spots etc you can get. Usually spots on the chin area are caused by stress/hormones etc. The main thing is to not pick them, if you pick them they will most definitely return! They also have a wide range of products that will eradicate this problem! I had a spot on my chin during the week, i would usually pick them but i refrained this time after going on the course, the spot has now disappeared! Yay!
