Now I'm a hairdresser not a beautician but thought I might ask for a little bit of advice. I find that I wake up in the morning and have red lumps mainly on the right hand side of my face. If I squeeze them then sometimes a very watery white-ish fluid will come out and then after an hour or so they disappear. Sometimes one or two won't disappear for a couple of days and nothing comes out. I find this happens mostly when on my period and has got worse since having a mirena coil fitted in November. It definitely seems hormonal.
I exfoliate two or three times a week and use bare minerals make up which I love:confused

Hi, have you been to the doc? My thinking is it could be Hidrocystoma - but you would need to go to a doctor to find out what it is.
