Do your implements get rusty soaking for a period of time

Yes. Especially in the Mundo solution, it says not to leave in soak overnight

I often leave my stainless steel tools in barbicide overnight and never a problem. Anything else goes rusty, my stork scissors actually turned blue.

It's important to follow instruction provided on labels.
In particular, if you are using a solution that required diluting, measure out the volumes rather than guessing.
Make sure you don't leave tools soaking longer than stated.

If you leave tools soaking longer than stated and you get any surface oxidation or staining, it can normally be removed with a wad of cotton wool soaked with Baby Oil or WD40.
