Solar Balm

I've just been having a little tidy-up of my stocks and found a tube of Solar Balm (amazing these things you find that you don't even recall buying isn't it.. ). Silly question maybe, but just wondering, is Solar Balm as effective as the Oil for the nails/enhancements? In some ways, it feels a lot more moisturising on my very dry cuticles right now, so wondered if its actually a more "intense" method of conditioning the nails?

solar balm is thickened solar oil, which is designed for easy application.
i think personally this is better for carrying around with you.
it is an easier sell to men as well, not so girly (ahh, bless em )
it also doesnt make a mess if gremlins get into your bag ( or is it only me that happens to?) :!:
