Hi lovelies, I'm new to this board but have been browsing for a while!

Basically I've been a therapist for 4 years now and my speciality is semi-permanent eyelash extensions. I've been out of it for about a year and am qualified to level 2, but starting my level 3 tonight (exciting :lol and basically I'm working in a call centre at the moment but i HATE it and don't know how much longer I can stick it out for, I really want to start up mobile.

I've got loads of salon experience - but because I left the industry a while back I don't have any clients I'm still in touch with.

Just wondering how you all started off initially? I've got an idea of what I'd charge and know how to get insurance etc etc, but where do I go from here?

I feel like I've got the experience and know-how to do it, just don't know where to begin?!

Hiya, its Dawn ( not steve) when I first started out spray tanning I didnt have any clients either. Like your scenario lashes are something that not all salons are doing at the minute because they dont want to go to all the trouble and expense of getting trained. If I were you I would have a ring round all the salons in your area and ask them firstly if they did it, and if not could you offer them a trial go and then see if you could get a regular thing going with them. You will hopefully get referred to other people thru their clients and so on.
