I'm looking for a new range of pigments can you recommend a good range there are so many and was wondering what everyone's opinions and favourites are.

Couldn't recommend one but I would say it's really important to pick a reputable, well known company. There's no safety test for pigments so the well known companies do extra testing themselves. What's prompted you to change?
