Spot breakouts during pregnancy!

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has any ideas that could help me with breakouts on my face and the top of my back? I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant and this is my second pregnancy and both times I've had bad skin.
I have quite sensitive skin but before I go to the doctors I wondered if any of you had any tips on what I could use?

My skins been bad lately..
Go to holland and barrett, I use these amazing tablets from there, 'HRI clear complexion tablets" all herbal, but obviously consult with ur gp first ;-) xx
