Hi

I have been reading some threads on here about approaching businesses to offer spray tans to staff - what sort of businesses would you aim to appraoch?

I am planning on writing a standard letter to a few in my area.

Would I go to them and do it at their office?? Therefore in my letter I would need to ask for a convieniant space for me to spray tan in?

Thanks for any help x

hi Hayley I have sent you a few different formats and who to approach at the offices firstly I sent them as pm which bounced back then i sent them to your email. Have you not received anything yet????? The person you need to direct the letter to is head of Human Resouces, but it is always good to try and forge a relationship with the receptionist, you will be amazed how helpful they can be when you explain how important they are and the benefits to them (free spray tan for putting the notifications around on notice boards and spreading the word). Don't know where my emails are going. I'll ry again if you like? Are you going to participate in the safe tan campaign as this will be great to get you through many front doors?
All the best

Hello ladies,

I'm thinking of approaching businesses for spray tanning as well, here in Canada, such as banks (lots of ladies there) and pharmaceutical firms etc. Could you share how you approach them and what you write in your letter to get them interested? I'm not quite sure how to start it!

Thanks,
Marie from Montreal!

the safe tan campaign website is up now the address is Safetansummer.com I haven't been on there yet as I have only just heard so hopefully things will start to be put into motion now!!

Hi,
Could anyone offer any advice on how to write this letter without being too cheeky?

Thanks
