In a world of my own....
Hi geeks

Just wondering your opinons on this.... I am spray tanning a few girls tomorrow night around 10.30 pm and was wondering when it would be safe for them to go to bed without 'smudging' the spray tan? I was thinking that I would dry them well with warm air and they should give it at least an hour.... what do you think?

Thanks

Hi Jan,
which solution are you looking to use for these ladies???

I had a practice on Hubby with sunlabs solution and he went to bed an hour after... he had slept with his hands on his belly. OMG it was so funny he had big tanned hands.. The men at his work had at great laugh. He now won't let me practice on him again

Cant stop giggling writing this... it was really funny...:lol::lol:

I have a spray tan around 8-9pm usually and go to bed around 10.30pm and my tan is absoloutly fine. But then the lotion i use dries within minutes.

I always tan myself before bed time and never have a problem

Once the product is properly dry, they should be fine.:)

Maybe use cold air to dry them. I sometimes use a hair dryer - on cold setting, don't have a drying function on my sprayer.

Thought somehow that's what you would say :)

An hr would be more than sufficient ..gentle blow drying will help speed the drying process up.

The main thing to get over to your customers is not only potential rub off issues but touching in the night:eek:wouldn't want the palms of their hands "grabbing" solution as the tan will not have fully developed as yet.

You could suggest they moisturise their palms of their hands well before retiring thus creating a barrier....alternatively they could wear their socks on their hands rather than their feet for a change :lol::lol:

Good luck and hope everything turns out well

Oh and im still waiting for that promised autograph :irked::)
