:Scared: I have been putting my pricelists about this week and a few people have shown an interest but no bookings yet.I am feeling nervous now not having done a client in anything but manicure for a few years!! I think I will panic when i get my first booking um if I get my first booking!!! I have put my flyers in the tanning shop at the end of the road, a hairdressers and a few offices and thru some doors,also there is a ladys gym in our village I intend to go there to see if I can leave some in there too.Anyone have any more ideas??

hi, another good place to drop some flyers is at mum and baby classes and weightwatchers groups, i got quite a few from those type of groups they gym sounds like a good idea too. You'll be fine as soon as you've done your first customer it'll all come back to you! good luck with everything!

Try clubs & pubs too. Get a batch of cheap but nice flyers printed and go out on a sunny day and attach to car wipers - you can do this at carparks, shopping centres easily. To build a business you have to be creative and inventive. Why not join up with other businesses in your area and put on a "pamper me" evening in a local club or hotel - you can charge a small entry fee - give taster treatments on the night and get busy filling up your appointment diary - good luck!
