Try gumtree, there's usually plenty of people looking to employ from there. Last time I advertised I had around 60 responses not all with the skills asked for but a quick turn around if you need someone in a hurry.

Look in salon windows or place advert in salon window. On here, local paper,gum tree, google search beauty/ hairdressers jobs!
