Hiya all!
Iv taken the plunge and booked in with glamlash next week for training! And the following week I am doing my nail course with fingertips. And hopefully going to book a spray tan course when Im at the beauty show on sunday also!
I have lots of friends and family willing to be ginea pigs for me to practise all these on then Im planning on going mobile!

Been having a look at local salon websites and gumtree etc at prices they charge for these treatments and Im getting all confussed! I dont want to start really high as if someone looked on gumtree they might go with someone cheaper. And I dont want to start too cheap as that would be pointless!

What would you say is an average price for eyelashes? Iv seen them range from £20 for full set to £70! I was thinking about £35? Then what would you charge for maintenance? £20? I dont mind running at a bit of a loss at first as once I get clients hopefully they will keep coming back so it will all balance out eventually!

Iv put in £1500 to get this all started and I dont mind not getting it back straight away. I wanted to do beauty since I was at school but with becoming a single parent at 19 it all went a bit pear shaped for me! Now another 6 years later and with 2 kids I finally want to do something with my life so decided its now or never! I just hope I can make this a sucess :D
