Hi
I qualified in may and finally all these months later am actually feeling like a nail tech!
I have sorted out my prep and ratio meaning very little lift on my clients if any but in the begining i had a lot so didnt get much practise at rebalances.
I am now offering a good service and have a nice little client base who are all coming back and tell their friends too which is great for business. But as my business is growing im very aware of the time im taking with each client and i do apologise and they say they dont mind but i know their busy ladies and honestly speaking from my point of view time is money! (sorry to sound blunt but ive learnt quickly not to let clients take the mick and that i am running a business).
I know you'll all tell me practise will get my timmings down but i honestly feel like im say there for ever!!!!
A full set french takes about 2 hours (less if i dont talk lol - not an option)
and todays rebalance was about 1hr 40
Any tips geeks??
sorry for rambling xx
