Sugaring temperature

Hi, I've recently completed a sugaring course for work and I have to complete case studies before my assessment.

We have to do manual & strip, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good temperature for regular sugar paste so it's not too hot but is warm enough to get a good consistency?
