Summer houses and log cabins

Hey geeks,
Been looking at summer houses and loving the idea, need help though, 1st do I need planning permission, 2nd does it need insulation and heating? And last but not least does it need a toliet? X

depends on size if you need planning permission, check with your local council

you would be better to insulate and heat as it will get very cold in the winter

no you dont need a toilet but be prepared that people may want to use your house toilet!
