Tape hair extension alopecia question

Hey,
Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.
So I had a consultation this week for Tape In Extensions, the client has a bold patch on the back of her head from 7 years ago, no more patches has formed since then.

Is this a no go for Tape Extensions do you think?

If the hair is otherwise healthy around the bald patch then I don’t see a problem. Especially as it’s been the same for so long. X
