Tape removal, please help!

i did my first tape removal on my friend last night and it was a disaster! I sprayed the remover spray on each bit of tape, gave it a bit of time to soak in then removed the extensions, it left so much glue on the hair no matter how much remover I used and took ages to get out. Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone else struggle with this? Please help!

I used the one from hair planet as I was told they were a good supplier.

It all depends on whats in the bottle as some are made from Alcohol and some from Acetone.

I would recommed Alcohol based products to remove tape adhesives

I think that tape not good tape, there are so many different tapes in the market,
this tape have the shortcoming, this tape is hard to remove,
and the tape easy to melt, when the weather is hot or use remover, the melt tape around your hair,
need more time and remover to remove
We also have other different strong tape, and easy to remove,

So you have problems getting the glue off the tape to the tape it’s so sticky with me remover.
