That one client that's never happy

How do you deal with them?!

Mine is a client I've known for years and she uses another mobile therapist but is increasingly having more and more treatments with me. She always cancels, changes, turns up late, texts at stupid hours. There is always a problem. Latest one today is after soaking off her shellac last night she says her nails are dry and splitting. They weren't dry and splitting last night. She's now telling me the shellac is causing it. Grr. I'm sure I'm not alone here!!

Ive got one the same shed booked in every two weeks and then cancelled through my landlady saying she wasnt happy with her nails then sent me a message through facebook to cancel her 2 weekly appointments. Thank god for other ladies which have filled those slots! Shes also not turned up for hair appointments and thays wound up my landlady lol. Theres always one!
