Thread veins and best treatment

Hi I have a client who has asked me about thread vein removal, its not something I offer obviously but I would like to advise her on the different methods of removal, I know that laser is an option but have also heard that they can be injected. Has anyone had thread veins removed if so how did you do it? Was it a permanent solution? Was it painful? Any advice would be gratefully received.

Sclerotherapy, tell her to see a vascular surgeon <3
