Threading problem

I had a lady in today I tried to thread her chin hairs and only the short and long fluffy hairs came out. I tried all different angles to get the course dark hairs and nothing.

I manage to get two and one I took alittle bit of skin off! (oops) I made sure the thread was directly flush with the skin as louby said before (which by the way has made so much difference to my eyebrow threading thank you. hope some one can help I felt like such an idiot, waxed it in the end xx

I've had a few of these (including my own!) you have to make sure the skin is pulled very taut and keep a good tension in the thread and eventually they will come out - it may take a few going over the same area but I find the main thing stopping the hair coming out is the skin not pulled tight enough
