Tint use by date

Hi

When i was training last year I bought a tinting kit at G-mex and haven't used it yet. I've just had a look at it to see if its still ok to use but it doesn't seem to have a use-by-date on it...will it still be ok? I'm just setting up as a mobile therapist so don't want to have unhappy clients, maybe i should just buy a new one?

My tinting products, and most other beauty products don't have a use by date stamped on them. They have a little symbol on them, it looks like an open jar with 12M or 24M printed inside the symbol. This tells you how many months the product will last for.

I cant quite remember if tinting products are 12 months or 24 though, sorry. It would be best to have a look on your bottles for the symbol.

I personally don't keep my tints any longer than 6 months as after this time i feel they are by their best.
