Will acetone do the same job as tip blender

Yes, in that it will melt the tip, gunge up your file, create weakness in the tip and more than likely cause service breakdown.:irked:
Neither product is necessary, if you are wary of damaging the natural nail when blending tips, then you can Pre blend the tip before you apply it to the nail giving you less work to do when it is attached. There is a great Tutorial on here about blending tips, well worth a look.

Thank you I will just pre blend it I was just told that tip blender was a must have but never realised it would weaken the tip
