Tips too small?

My friend has very wide nails and the biggest size 0 tip is too small.
Is there anyway around this or is sculpting the only way to extend the nail?

Hi I think Pronails used to do wider tips but I'm not sure if they still do them. Also the edge brand make wider tips too called ultra..x
