I am just about to buy some tips from pro impressions…what is the difference between half well tip and full well tip?
I am also buying some crushed shell colors…they are amazing, cant wait to try that!

A full well tip will cover more than half the visible nail plate whereas a half well tip is reduced in length so that it covers less of the plate. The least plate covered with a glued on tip the better.

I don't think many pros use full well tips anymore unless there is a specific need for it.

As you're booked onto your nail course but haven't yet had any training I advise you wait and see what tips and products they recommend you use....... Is there a kit uncluded with your course? If there is that will have tips in it.

Also, on your course you'll learn about different tip types and the reasons for that!

ups...I am qualified already!...done my course just finished a month ago...but they never mentioned anything about different tips...and reading on this forum I read a lot of things that I am not familiar with...so If I ask basic questions at any point pls forgive me!...I ll try not to embarass myself thou!
