Morning! A client has been having bleach hilights for a while then toned with 10/16. She asked for the hilights to be more silvery white so I used illumina 10/69 which in my opinion looked lovely.
She has since text me to say they're too silvery white and wants them how they were before [emoji849]
Any know a quick fix to reverse the toner?

It will naturally fade with shampoo-ing or she can pay to have it re-toned.
You can use bleach powder, water and shampoo to remove toner.

Thank you, that's what I thought too. I think I'll tell to keep washing it as I know she won't be happy anyway until I redo it next time x
