Torn ligament

A friend of mine has just text me in a panic
A client had a deep tissue massage saturday
Then called her spa yesterday to say she has been to the doctor and he has told her it is a torn ligament

Wouldahe have felt the pain instantly?

Not quite sure what your question is.If its can a deep tissue massage cause a torn ligament then definitely not can it make it worse then I would also say no what's done is done only problem maybe if said person is seeking some kind of dodgy payout and the person that did the massage never did a consultation beforehand to determine whether they had a previous injury.
