Training in Russian volume lashes

Hi. I'm a qualified semi permanent lash technician but thinking about doing Russian volume lashes as well.
Can anyone give advice on best places to train?
What an average price for a full set of lashes is?
Can you buy lashes already made up for volume?
I'm based in Newcastle but maybes willing to travel xx
