Trouble with toner

i have tried everything on my clients bleached hair to achieve the silver/grey look from innosense to colour touch even tried l 'oreal dialight 9.11 but within 1 or 2 washes toner is completely washed out of hair :( any advice what I could do? tia

I use loreal dialight 9.01 on mine and i keep
On top of it using maria nila shampoo everytime i wash x
 
thanks guys and missy106 yours looks really nice and that's exactly what I'm trying to achieve for client,how long do you leave the 9.01 on for?
 
I leave it about half hour on dry hair. My hair is very light to start tho
 
No you have to use the correst diacolour releaser. I use 6vol.
 
Olaplex will definitely help as it reduces porosity and increases elasticity.:)

sorry missy106 thats what I meant,i have the l'oreal diacolour releaser just checking 6 vol was right,thanks
 
You said uve never used loreal before, so do you know which peroxide it is??
