You need new tweezers or an eye appointment. 3 women in my class realised they couldn’t actually see properly when they started lashing and they’d had no idea.

They might be blunted and worn out, maybe get some new ones

They may have adhesive on them, how are you cleaning them or storing them? I would have some spare and buy some new ones too
