When you say a 'twinkle toes' kit, do you mean a different brand, not CND? Like I said, authorised CND distributors will only sell Shellac and CND UV lamps to certified nail professionals.

This is not the case. Perhaps some longer courses cost that much but the CND manicure course in only 1 day and is a fraction of that price. If you are serious about training why don't you give Sweet squared a call? They will give you all of the correct information. I did my manicure, Shellac and Minx for a lot less than that price!
