Can ultra blush powder be used with retension+?

I think that should be ok? retentioin + is included in the mojority of kits ( i.e. All the mosaic powders, and the metro powders) , but dont quote me on that?

maybe someone else can clarify that for you?

I thought any liquid could be used with the full line of creatives powders, i have the metros and they seem to be fine with all 3 monomers

PS - Retention + comes with the mosaic/metro kits!

Yes Retention+ can be used with the Ultra Powders ... but colour stability is better with Perfect powders.

I do use prefect colour powders but have some ultra blush that someone at college gave me ages ago.
