Upower 2g nail drill? Anyone used

Looking into a nail drill for awhile now and this has popped up! Anyone got as I am sure it is the bees kneees! But costs a lot!
Is there a retail in uk for it too? As only can find the states (but doing more research) so will hopefully find soon.

i have one of these. Kupa upower 223. And i swear by it. Best one ive bought. I paid 215 for it i think.
