Hi,

Ive just had someone on the phone saying she got her hair cut 2 weeks ago, and she said "its just not right, well i think its still a bit long" and asked to come in today to get "another cut" now im not sure if she is complaining or not but should i charge her for it? not sure if she was going down the route of "i dont tihnk you cut it right" or just innocently thinks she wants more cut off it. Shes in at 3pm EEEk xxx
