Urgent help please, Wella toner too grey!

My client has bleach highlights and she asked for a toner to neutralise the yellow she wanted more of a platinum blonde.

So I used illumina 10.69 with pastel left for 10 mins but it has grabbed too much around the front hair line. It's too grey looking!!

She's getting married in 3 weeks so had a melt down about it.

I've advised that it will wash out and to use head and shoulders or a deep cleansing shampoo every day.

Is there any other way I can remove it instantly??

Bleach and a little warm water??? And watch it??

A quick wash with lightener and shampoo would of removed it within minutes x

I've done that before that's what I wanted to do.. justvrying to explain that it's not a massive problem easily removed thanks for the reassurance x
