Utah nail techs?

I am having the hardest time finding info on opening a home salon in Utah. I cannot find anything on their website, not user friendly at all. Cannot get anyone to answer my phone call or return one. Is there anyone on here who can give some info and point me in the right direction? I appreciate any help!

Have you called or emailed them? I'm in AZ and unfortunately they are a pain with replying as well. I've found a website that has some guidelines for Utah but I'm not sure if it's what you are looking for but hopefully it will help.
