UV Gel Lamp- How to know when to replace bulbs?

I have the iBD Jet 5000- They have 2 8 watts bulbs, I've been using it for 9 months now. How do I know when to replace bulbs? Or when it's burnt out? I heard somewhere that it must be changed out every few months, that way the GEL is properly cured?

Hi. You may have read my post asking for reassurance after my family bought me this lamp as a surprise for Easter. Apparently they were told to change the bulbs every 6 to 9 months or roughly 500 hours. Hope this helps.
Which gel do you use with this lamp please?

We use IBD for pink and Brisa for White

The Brisa UV Lamp has a warning light on the back that lets you know when to change your bulbs. When it turns from green to red .. it's time to change them.
