Vero Color ??

any one who uses vero color? Do they have a color product to get those blue and bright red colors?

Yes and yes-

Verocolor permanent does not have a bright vibrant blue, BUT verochrome really blue mixed with 10 vol in equal parts put over prelightened hair makes a very vibrant pretty bright blue.

They also have a full line of true semi which has a full range of colors that are vibrant and shiny over prelightened hair. Pm me if you want more info.
