Very stubborn nail tip removal nothings working!

Hey guys, I have a customer in whom another extensionist fitted her with nail tips. I can not get them out! They wont come out with c22, acetone, alcohol remover?
What else can I use? She will not go back to the other lady and wants me to take them out. She can't find out the supplier either? What else can I use?

Soak for longer in warm acetone. Keep scraping then soak longer.

I have soaked them for hours and they wont budge :/

are you cracking the bonds applying solution leaving for 10-15 minutes then go back and re crack them?
