Wage of full time salon manager?

I'd like to gage the salary of a full time salon manager doing clients, I'm currently on 14.5k a year , which I think is too little, might someone else be able to shed any light ?

How is your current package worked? Is it just a salary, or is there a commission structure? What's your average weekly take? It's all dependent on experience)and your column... How many staff are you managing?

it does obviously depend on your workload, salon profits and location.
personally i would feel that that was quite a low wage to be paid and suprised you get paid a hourly wage as a manager. managment are usually salary paid with on target earning commision. i manage a 10 treatmet room fay spa with full wer spa facilitys and my yearly salary is between £20,000-£24,000 a year
