I am looking to take on new staff.
beauty therapists & hair stylists level 3 qualified. How much should I be paying them? I know the minimum wage, but what is a realist wage I should be offering? Located in East Anglia.

East Anglia is a HUGE area! If you're talking in Essex, remember your staff could feasibly travel to London to work. If they're out in the Fens, that's a different matter. You have to look at other similar salons and see what they pay. You need to make the jobs attractive though, possibly by implementing a more favourable bonus system for retail and re-booking.
You also need to recognise what is going to attract the right staff - and keep them but also what your turn-over can afford to pay.
If you take those points into consideration you should be able to arrive at a figure.
