waiting for scratch

I ordered a scratch mag subsription on here about 2 weeks ago but have not heard anything since. Do they get my details from this site or are they meant to get in touch with me? how long does it normally take? If anyone else ordered it off here could they let me know. Thanks muchly!

you have probably missed this print run of address labels, give them a ring and they'll post you a copy or hang on until the April edition.

Yep, definately contact them, the lady I spoke to was very helpful & pleasant!
I've been waiting since January for mine!!!
But I've been given a date as to when it'll finally arrive, next month i think cos of difficulties somewhere along the line...

Hi I just rang them and they told me to ring at te end of the month to check I will get the april one.

i think they are having problems at the moment as I paid for a subcription at the start of feb and im not getting the magazine till april!
