Warm blonde

Hello my client is a natural level 7 at the roots and a banded 10 and 9 throughout from previous colours. I've attached a picture of the colour she would like

Some ideas would be great (she doesn't want the dark root). I think I see a couple of depths going through but my co-workers disagree!
I was thinking a 9.3 and 8.3 slices and leaving some pieces of the 10 out?
I use L'Oréal and wella etc

I agree with you. Without some darker pieces to give depth, it will just look flat and one dimensional.
