I am new to waxing and was wondering if you can mix different pots of warm wax?

I currently have a standard starter warm wax, can I put a cream wax tub in or do they have to exactly match? If so how to I clean out old wax an start again?

Thanks

If its a small one (500 cc) the wax tubs you buy from the wholesalers just pop into them ,so if you want to use a different wax, just change the tub over. You can actually buy a metal bucket that sits inside..I use that for trialling hot wax out..xx
If you have a couple of the same, use about half, then start a new pot..when that one gets to halfway, melt one and add it to the other..does that help? xx

If you only have a small amount left try and tip out the remaining in to a bin liner once your pot is heated ( can be a two man job!) scrape out as much as you can, then the tiny bit left shouldn't cause you much of a problem.

I would only mix like with like, i.e. cream with cream, honey with honey.
