:irked: So my friend comes in today for her second ever Hollywood. Her first time went great. Today was a nightmare! Her hair did NOT want to come out. Since the first time she was here she has started prenatal vitamins, so I'm wondering if that had anything to do with it. I use Perron Rigot and I swear by the stuff! I was doing everything right, I know I was. The temp in the room wasn't any different than before, and her skin condition had not changed. She was patient and we had a good time with each other(she's my best friend), but still...I'm just glad it was her and not a new client!
