Non-strip wax is much kinder to sensitive areas such as underarms. You need to really press down the wax with the spatula so that the wax grips all the hair all the way down to the skin and not leaves pockets of air between skin and wax which can lead to some of the hairs not coming out. Using a light oil pre wax can be very useful too as this allows for easy release of the wax from the skin and again leaving the skin less traumatised.

To help with the client now, she could apply soothing lotion (non perfumed such as any after wax care product that will sooth and help with healing). She needs to keep the area nice and cool and try to avoid tight clothes and touching the area too often until it feels less sore.

Make sure the skin is really tight, use oil, and if the hairs are really stubborn, try applying the wax opposite the growth of the hair and then removing with the growth of the hair, it really helps.

Hello all can you tell me how to use non stip wax I believe its the best for what am looking for but how to you remove it????????

Using a talc after you've sanitised the area usually helps as it makes the wax adhere to the hairs easier, also thick hair growth tends to grow in all kinds of directions so wax in really small areas at a time. Triming the hairs down closer to the skin can help too.Hth

Hi There - Like all the other ladies have said things like trimming the hair down and using talc are a great help - Have you also thought of using a creme soft wax ( strip) i don't tend to use Hot wax as i think that normal strip wax can do all the jobs needed. Definitely do not rewax more than twice ( you shoudn't really even do this) then use your tweezers to get the rest as it will really hurt otherwise.
