Hi I know you are supposed to wear rubber gloves when your washing up if your wearing extensions, but can wearing them too much cause the overlay to come off?
Reason being I do domestic cleaning too and wear a rubber glove on my right hand to protect my nails, and I keep loosing the overlays on that hand!:irked:

Remember that the rubber gloves only protect your hands and nails from the chemicals and dirt. It does not protect them from the manual work that you are doing and you still have to be very careful not to knock the ends etc. However I guess if you get very sweaty hands in your gloves that this could also contribute to lifting.
