Just flicking through forums and noticed loads of us all want to lose weight! Wondered if we could all club together and do a support thread where we can put are goals down etc like are weight now and are ideal weight and each week write what we lost (or didnt!).
I get sooooo demotivated by dieting so some support would be cool especially on weeks when you don't lose anything.
Anyone interested???
