Wella blondor seal and care

What is this like and how would you use it like would u use it as soon as you've rinsed blondor out or would you shampoo first and also would you use it before or after you've toned

Shampoo then apply, leave for a few minutes then rinse and apply toner.

Use is after bleaching and shampooing, prior to toning. Minimum 5 minutes
