hey guys, hoping for some colour help again...
my mum is currently a very warm blonde her hair throws up alot of gold. i use wella kp and ct

she has decided she wants to stick with more ash colours now.

her nb is about a 6 she has about 70% grey last time we coloured her hair i used an 88/0 on her roots and we wove some 7/7 and some 20vol blondor ( will attach photo)

now she wants to achieve something like the second picture..
when i saw this picture i instantly thought of a 7/1 in ct to weave in? however im completely lost on the rest and would appreciate any advice

thankyou xx

There's no second pic hun x

What % developer did you use with the 88/0 on her roots?

I would have used a 9% to lift two levels.

Going from a 6 to an 8 exposes undertone. If her white hair wasn't resistant and I wanted to achieve a level 8 I would have used equal parts 8/0 and equal amounts of a tone to neautralise or suppress.

Sorry I forgot to attach the second photo lol View attachment 84242

Thank you for your answer, i used 30 vols for her hair.. So do you think if I mix in a tone aswell this would counteract the warmth that happens when I apply the colour? X

Bleach and 20vol
& perhaps 7.12 dia light ?
Foils x

Yeah but you can't mix with the double bases. You can add special mix to them.

Is she resistant?
Why not try Illumina 8/69.
Would foil up with bleach and 6%
And then flood with 8/69 illumina.
But I would still use 6% not 9% as she is 70% grey.

Tone with 9/0 and 10/1. Visual x

Her extensions look also quite warm, maybe tone or lowlight them?
