Wella Colour Touch to tone!

Hiya guys I actually never use CT to tone I always use KP and pastel I have a client with slight damage and would like to try CT for toning
Is it mixed with 1.9 and 1:2? thanx

Yes it's mixed 1:2 and if you're toning use 1.9
